1. 🛏️ Room and Board
Clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment.
Private or shared bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
Sufficient lighting, heating, ventilation, and comfortable furnishings.
Three nutritious meals per day (plus snacks), meeting dietary needs and preferences.
2. 🌿 Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and eating as needed.
Encouragement and support to maintain as much independence as possible.
Regular observation of each resident’s physical and mental condition.
3. 💊 Observation and Assistance with Medications
Helping residents self-administer medications in accordance with §87465.
Safe storage, labeling, and record-keeping for all medications.
Monitoring for changes in condition and communicating with families and health providers.
4. 🍽️ Personal Services
Laundry, housekeeping, and linen service.
Clean clothing and personal items maintained in good order.
Assistance with shopping or arrangements for personal needs when appropriate.
5. 💬 Planned Activities and Social Programs
Recreational and social activities suited to residents’ abilities and interests.
Opportunities for exercise, arts, games, music, and social engagement.
Support for religious or spiritual activities if desired.
Multiple entertainment options with streaming services and a home theater for movie night with a 120″ inch screen and 4K projector
6. 🧾 Transportation and Appointments
Assistance arranging transportation to medical appointments
Escort service when required for resident safety.

● Skin care and barrier-cream protocol
● Includes monthly supply package: Adult briefs/pull-ups, wipes, barrier creams, lotion, shampoo, conditioner,
deodorant, and toiletry items
● Laundry for incontinence-related items
Over-the-Counter Medication Support
● Procurement and documentation of physician-approved OTC meds

Compliance Note: All optional services are elective and billed only with written consent per Title 22 §87464–§87465. Charges are transparent, reasonable, and reviewed annually. Guest meals and additional services shall not reduce the
quality or quantity of care provided to residents.
